At Care A Van, we are a warranty agent for a wide range of caravan manufacturers. If there is a warranty issue with your caravan, come and see our friendly team, and we will sort out the issue for you. We liaise directly with your caravan’s manufacturer to get your warranty issue fixed, and your caravan returned to you as soon as possible.
We will fix your warranty issues, no matter what the size. Whether it is something as small as a door lock not functioning as it should, or a water leak due to a faulty seal, to a major issue regarding the suspension or the structure of your caravan, Care A Van will take care of you and your caravan. We communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf, taking the hassle out of the warranty process for you.
Our team is particularly experienced in navigating relationships with Jayco Caravans. When a client purchases a Jayco caravan, they receive a two-year manufacturing warranty and a five-year structural warranty. Under the two-year manufacturing warranty, if any part of their caravan is confirmed to be defective in either the material or the way that it was crafted, during the two years, Jayco will repair the damaged or defective part of the caravan or replace the entire caravan.
That is where our friendly team at Care A Van comes in. We will communicate with Jayco for you and repair the defective part of your caravan.
If you are eligible to use your five-year structural warranty, this warranty covers the manufactured components of a Jayco caravan, the chassis components, the suspension components, including J-Tech, and all Jayco walls and roofs. The warranty on the walls and roof of your Jayco caravan is limited to delamination, cracking, and deformed cladding. With all of these components, the rubber pieces and alterations made to the structural changes are exempt from the warranty.
Your Jayco warranty also excludes any accidental damage, any appliances inside the caravan, or any fabric items such as the awning or mattresses. If your caravan has been hit by a hail storm, or damaged by a water leak or fire, head over to our insurance page to find more information regarding how we can undertake your insurance repairs.
The good news is, our team at Care A Van can help you with the whole warranty process. If you’re unsure if your repairs are covered by your warranty, we can liaise with your caravan’s manufacturer and guide you through the process of getting your caravan fixed and back on the road.
We frequently cover warranty repairs, and because we can communicate with many different manufacturers, we can ensure that your caravan gets the repair that you need. Some of the warranty work we have successfully completed on caravans in the past includes furniture repair, appliance repair, wheel replacement, electrical and gas repair, and chassis repair.
Once you have come to Care A Van, you’re a member of our family, and we will look after you and your caravan from start to finish.
